It’s days after Super Typhoon Yolanda (international name: Haiyan) and I just understood more what a Storm Surge really is. I found a Storm Surge infographic from the PIA Caraga Facebook Page (thanks to my husband) and from the government page (www.gov.ph). The infographic was posted on November 6 and in Filipino language. Unfortunately, I do not remember it being shared around Social Media that much (if at all) just before the Super Typhoon. I am sharing it now for future reference.
Let’s continue to help what we can for the Yolanda survivors. You can consider giving online or volunteering to help them.
