Song of the Week: Love Song by Third Day

My song choice of the week is not a new one but its message is undeniably timeless.  I think this song is an inspiring one to listen to. After all, who doesn’t want to be loved unconditionally? 🙂

Now a little bit about the band behind the song. Third Day is a Christian rock band formed in Georgia, USA during the 1990s.  The band’s name is a reference to the biblical accounts of Jesus’ rising from the dead on the third day following his crucifixion. Third Day currently consists of: Mac Powell, Mark Lee, Samuel Anderson and David Carr. Additional touring musicians are: Scotty Wilbanks, Jason Hoard and Brian Bunn. Third Day has sold over 7 million albums in the United States and has won from the Grammy Awards, American Music Awards and Gospel Music Awards.
