And so here we are in 2022!
We faced the joys and heartbreaks of the past year. The pandemic as we first know it in 2020 also continued to rage on. And with it a number of losses.
If life was hard in 2020, last year seemed even harder. Well, at least for me. As I’ve said there were heartbreaks. But there were also joys.
So as we move onward in 2022, I would still embrace it with hope, with faith.
One passage that reminded me what I need — or rather who I need to keep me steady and stable in 2022 and beyond is Psalm 90: 1. Here it goes from the Amplified Bible:
Lord, You have been our dwelling place [our refuge, our sanctuary, our stability] in all generations.
May you also find that stability and strength as you move forward this 2022 and onward!
